Sehr zufrieden!
Top-Gerät, fantastisches Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, bisher keine negativen Erfahrunugen
Extremen Negativbewertungen einer Firma im Internet stehe ich immer etwas skeptisch gegenüber. Habe mich deshalb und aufgrund von diversen positiven technischen Testberichten im Internet für ein Ergometer "AsVIVA H22 Pro Bluetooth" entschieden. Mittwoch abends online bestellt, Freitag mittags geliefert, in 2 großen Kartons per GLS, bestens verpackt bis vor die Haustür. Per Email wurde ich laufend über den Status der Abwicklung unterrichtet, inkl. Sendungsverfolgungsnummer. Auch die Rechnung kam online.
Der Aufbau war problemlos in ca. 90 Minuten erledigt (es geht sicher auch etwas schneller, ich lasse mir immer Zeit). Alle Teile waren vollständig vorhanden, gut verpackt, einfach zu identifizieren, die Aufbauanleitung war logisch und lässt im Zusammenhang mit der Bebilderung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wer nicht wirklich 2 linke Hände hat kommt damit zurecht. Wer schlecht sieht sollte sich die Bedienungsanleitung online runterladen und die Bilder auf dem PC/Laptop anschauen. Da kann man die Bilder episch vergrößern.
Die Passform aller Teile war perfekt. Diesbezügliche Negativkritiken im Internet kann ich nicht nachvollziehen (oder frühere Mängel wurden inzwischen beseitigt). Das mitgelieferte "Werkzeug" habe ich nicht benutzt sondern mein eigenes "anständiges Werkzeug". Aber der Zusammenbau würde auch mit dem mitgelieferten Werkzeug klappen; es ist durchaus für einen solchen Zusammenbau tauglich. Bei der Montage der Stabilisatoren (der "Füße") und des Computers ist die Hilfe einer zweite Person für ein paar Minuten hilfreich und erleichtert die Montage. Zur Not geht es auch alleine.
Der Ergometer ist äußerst stabil gebaut und absolut standsicher, das Material wirkt insgesamt wertig. Die Belastbarkeit bis 150 kg Körpergewicht kann man technisch wie haptisch nachvollziehen. Dort wo keine mechanischen Belastungen auftreten (z.B. Abdeckungen, Computergehäuse) ist natürlich viel billiges Plastik verbaut. Wen wundert das? Aber es stört nicht und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das Gerät ist mit seinen Verstellmöglichkeiten auch für große Personen sehr gut geeignet (ich selbst bin 200 cm groß). Das ist leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Wäre der Lenker jetzt noch in der Höhe um ca. 10 cm verstellbar, wären diesbezüglich gar keine Wünsche mehr offen.
Die Funktionalität ist wie in der Werbung beschrieben. Die Beschreibung der Computerfunktionen/-bedienung in der Bedienungsanleitung ist für nicht computeraffine Menschen m.E. nicht ausreichend. Ich selbst hatte allerdings bisher kein Problem damit. Alle Funktionen arbeiten einwandfrei, das Gerät läuft extrem leise, auch unter großen Lasten. Nichts quietscht oder knarzt. Der mitgelieferte Brustgurt "Polar T34" verbindet sich automatisch mit dem Computer und funktioniert einwandfrei. Mein vorhandener "Polar H10" Brustgurt funktioniert ebenfalls perfekt auf Anhieb.
Zusammenfassend: mein "AsVIVA H22 Pro Bluetooth" ist einer der stabilsten Geräte, die ich bisher gesehen bzw. ausprobiert habe, bietet alle Funktionen die ich brauche, und das bei einem exzellenten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!
Nicht bewerten kann ich den AsVIVA Service und die Garantie- bzw. Mängelabwicklung sowie Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit und -kosten, die oft kritisiert werden. Ich hatte bisher keinen Grund, diesen in Anspruch zu nehmen. Allerdings kann ich die häufig gerügten Probleme bei Bestellung und Lieferung nicht bestätigen. Ebenso kann ich über die Langzeithaltbarkeit des Ergometers noch keine Aussagen machen. Ich hoffe, die Erfahrungen bleiben positiv. Bisher aus meiner Sicht: definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung!
sehr gut bis auf die Bedienungsanleitung
Das Gerät kommt in 2 Paketen. Bei der Lieferung fehlte ein Kabel, das aber schnell nachgeliefert wurde. Der Zusammenbau dauert ca.1-2 Stunden und ist für einen Heimwerker kein Problem. Für die Installation des Lenkers benötigt man eine zweite Person. Die Kunststoffverkleidung unterhalb des Lenkers ist nicht ganz passgenau, am Ende hat es aber funktioniert. Das Gerät macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und läuft angenehm leise. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten lassen keine Wünsche offen, weder an der Hardware noch an der Software . Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Bedienungsanleitung für den Computer. Sie ist schlicht nicht vorhanden. Hier hilft fürs Erste ein Video auf youtube weiter, der Rest ist Ausprobieren. Ich nutze den Heimtrainer jetzt seit ca. 4 Wochen und kann ihn nur empfehlen.
Erstgeliefertes Gerät defekt

Nach den zig positiven Bewertungen entschied ich mich für diesen Ergometer.
Zusammenbau:
Da merkt man doch die Qualität aus Fernost. Sehr empfindliche Materialien, wo man beim Zusammenbau Angst haben muss, dass nichts kaputt.
Training:
Der erste Eindruck war durch laute Geräusche getrübt. Der Kontakt mit dem Service ergab, dass es sich um einen Defekt handeln muss. Ich warte nun immer noch auf den Austausch.

Das Zusammenbauen ist eine Kunst, insbesondere weil die Bohrungen der Plastikabdeckung unter dem Lenker nicht mit den Bohrungen im Gestänge zusammenpassen. Genau so wenig passt der Computer bündig auf auf das Gehäuse der darunter liegenden Abdeckung. Das muss echt nicht sein, vor allem, weil schon vor längerer Zeit von Käufern auf dieses Problem hingewiesen wurde. Ist der Hersteller nicht willens oder nicht fähig solche leicht zu behebende Konstruktionsfehler zu beheben? Es ist schade, dass man für ordentliches Geld etwas bekommt, was beim Verwenden dann ständig einen bitteren Beigeschmack auslöst. Bitte. liebes Team von Asviva, lasst euch da etwas einfallen!!!
Bin sehr zufrieden
Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, sehr gute Verpackung.
Der Zuammenbau hat in Summe gut funktioniert, nur die Montage des Lenkers ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Training macht Spaß und das Rad läuft sehr gleichmäßig und rund.
Die App habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert.

Der Artikel entspricht voll meinen Erwartungen. Es war ein bisschen umständlich den Lenker, die Bedieneinheit und die dazugehörige Kunststoffverkleidung zu montieren! Dazu benötigte ich die Hilfe einer zweiten Person! Ansonsten alles super!
