၀ Grilling, cooking, stewing... or pizza?
The weight of 87 kg gives you an idea of how solid this ceramic grill is in the garden or on the terrace, and the solid ceramic construction also provides incredible heat retention.
Another advantage of this grill is its impermeablility. After grilling, just close the lid and the air regulators, and the remaining charcoal will go out and can be reused at the next barbecue.
If you want to create juicy pulled pork, the Cera 21 Pro needs just 3 kg of charcoal (up to 24 hours without refilling) to complete low temperature cooking. Even a stone oven pizza is no challenge for this ceramic grill. This Japanese-style ceramic grill easily rises to the challenge, quickly reaching a temperature of 400 °C, and easily maintaining it for a long time.

With extremely even heat distribution and the optional pizza stone, the Cera 21 Grill also conjures up bread, tarte flambée, vegetables and much more. Another highlight of this ceramic barbecue is the inlet in the bottom. You can fill the included wood chip feeder with an optional smoking box and transform the charcoal grill into a real smoker. For complete kippering or just light smoking - whatever the barbecue expert desires.
The solid stainless steel frame with its large integrated transport wheels ensures good stability and easy transport for the Cera 21 Pro ceramic grill. In addition, all metal parts are made from stainless steel (except cover venting).

The included stainless steel grate also features a refill flap for refilling charcoal or aroma chips if necessary.
In addition, the optional tiered grill rack offers even more grilling surface, or if necessary can be used as a warming stand, to keep the meat the necessary distance from the heat to just warm through.
