The operating principle of the Cera 14 Pro was based on the ancient Asian Kamado principle, which has been considered for millennia the ideal grill method thanks to its even heat distribution. The advantages and characteristics of a stone oven (clay oven) are combined with those of a grill.

The weight of 27 kg and standing height of 52 cm give you an idea of how solid this ceramic grill is in the garden or on the terrace, and the solid ceramic construction also provides incredible heat retention.
Another advantage of this grill is its impermeablility. After grilling, just close the lid and the air regulators, and the remaining charcoal will go out and can be reused at the next barbecue.
It doesn't always have to be meat... or does it?!
Even a stone oven pizza is no challenge for this ceramic grill. This Japanese-style ceramic grill easily rises to the challenge, quickly reaching a temperature of 400 °C, and easily maintaining it for a long time.
With extremely even heat distribution and the optional pizza stone, the Cera 14 Grill also conjures up bread, tarte flambée, vegetables and much more. In addition, the integrated thermostat always provides a reliable indication of the temperature inside the charcoal grill.
The solid metal frame and the compact size of this little grill devil ensure that the Cera 14 Pro ceramic grill has good stability and is easy to transport.

Toller Grill aber kaum Zubehör
Seit 1 Jahr grille ich jetzt auf dem 15“ RedNeck und bin wirklich begeistert! Dank der guten Temperaturregulierung kann man Smoken oder scharf anheizen, wie man will. Und das Ergebnis begeistert mich immer wieder!
Schade, dass für den kleinen Red Neck Grill praktisch kein Zubehör angeboten wird, kein Deflektorstein, kein Pizzastein, nichts zum Etagengrillen. So kann man die Möglichkeiten dieses Grills nur beschränkt nutzen. Schade!

Klein aber fein – gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Meine Güte war es schwer einen vernünftigen Grill für unseren Balkon zu finden. Hierbei ging es um Größe, Qualität und zu guter Letzt Optik. Unglaublich was ich mit diesem kleinen Ei so alles machen kann. Pizza mit den Kindern und natürlich Fleisch für meinen Mann. Mir macht er richtig Spaß und endlich gelingen die Dinge wie man möchte. Doch was wirklich toll ist, das man den Grill einfach ähnlich wie ein Fondue auf den Tisch in die Mitte stellen kann und mit der ganzen Familie gemeinsam mit spaß und Unterhaltung grillt. Sonst sitzen immer alle am Tisch und einer muss am Grill stehen aber mit dem macht es gemeinsam spaß. EMPFEHLENSWERT!
