Delivery terms & rates
We deliver right across mainland UK and Northern Ireland either with regular postal service or shipping by freight forwarding.
ATTENTION: DUE TO THE COVID19 SITUATION WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO DELIVER TO ENGLAND, FRANCE & ITALY.
Package delivery
The package delivery is respectively through GLS or DHL for goods up to 40Kg. As soon as the delivery has left our warehouse you'll receive an email from our delivery service provider with a tracking number for the package.
Freight forwarding
Goods over 40kg will be send through freight forwarding. In this case the freight forwarding company will get in touch with you by telephone or email. We recommend to deposit a mobile phone number. The freight forwarding service will sent you a text message with all the necessary information about your delivery. Please note that without a valid phone number a delivery through freight forwarding is not possible.
The delivery to a packing station or a P.O. Box is not possible.
Delivery shall be free kerb without any unloading and further movement.
Goods are (if not stated otherwise) immediatly available.
Ordered / payed products are dispatched immediatly, they are generally preassembled (main parts) and need only to finally be put together with inspection.

2 The delivery to scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man are not possible.
Delivery terms
As far as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods is within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your money order).
Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
