Equipped with a comfortable training surface, the AsVIVA V11 vibration plate offers plenty of freedom during vibration training. Training exercises that require a large training area are no problem, since the multi-zone training area of 60 x 32 cm gives you plenty of space.
Another advantage of the V11 is the type of vibration. In contrast to the triaxial (3D vibration), the AsVIVA V11 uses vertical vibrations, which are also referred to as a "seesaw" system, as the vibrations generated feel more like rocking than vibrating.

The vibration is generated by a powerful 100 W long-life motor. This works with a large frequency range of 20 to 50 Hz and an amplitude (oscillation height) of 1 to 2.5 mm.
The sound-absorbing and non-slip feet ensure you won't annoy the neighbours when training. These prevents the transmission of vibrations into the ground and ensure secure footing.
Additional training exercises and training effects are possible thanks to the 3 zone standing area and the two resistance bands with additional comfort handles. This makes the V11 vibration plate a fitness all-rounder for a total body workout. For an enjoyable and relaxed workout, simply place the feet in the middle of the pad. For a comfortable but more demanding workout, the foot position can be shifted outwards slightly, and for a hard workout just put your feet on the outside in the third zone for the most effective training.

Suitability of vibration training:

Andere haben eine bis zu 13 Millimeter , die mir zu hoch waren. Außerdem, was meine Kaufentscheidung sehr stark beeinflusst hat , ist dass sie eine der wenigen ist die 5 Jahre Garantie gibt .Eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung ist mit bei ,sowie eine genaue Anleitung was man vor Betreten der Vibrationsplatte machen soll. Was die wenigsten wissen weniger ist mehr was hier auch der Fall ist .Bei
dieser Platte habe ich keine Kopfschmerzen bekommen und kann sie mit ruhigen Gewissen jeden Tag benutzen.Vorausgesetzt man hält sich an den Anweisungen.für Anfänger
