This electric bike is equipped with a Shimano GripShift 7-speed hub gearshift, a comfort saddle, an aluminium Zoom suspension fork, disc brakes on the front wheel and V-brakes on the rear wheel, a torsion-free aluminium frame, a rim lock and a H10 LED lighting for front and rear.
In addition, the electric city bike comes equipped with a Bafang mid-engine. This makes the B14 comfortable and safe to use.

For an extra strong braking action there is the front Tektro disc brake as well as the rear mounted V-break. Good visibility at night is achieved by the front and rear H10 LED lights. Of course, these are conveniently controlled via the bicycle computer. The brake light integrated into the tail light is a real highlight. As soon as one of the two brake levers on the handlebar is used, the bright red brake light comes on. Of course, this e-bike complies with the German road traffic authority (StVZO) and has been equipped with an additional bell and the required reflectors. This pedelec also includes a pre-installed rim lock.
Supporting energy
The built-in battery with Samsung cells can be quickly removed for charging, but can also be charged while still connected to the CityBike. Incredible efficiency: Powered by a high-performance 250W Bafang mid-engine, the B14 is supported by the electric motor up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h (from which point the engine shuts off and you can ride as fast as you like using your own power). Thanks to the intelligent Li-Ion battery, the bike can reach a range of up to 100 km (depending on the assistance level, road profile, state of charge and weight of the driver).

The LCD display and the handlebar-mounted Quick buttons on the bike computer not only serve as a controller for the engine assistance, but also act as a speedometer with speed and distance display. The 36V 13Ah battery with Samsung cells has a long life and a very low self-discharge rate. The electric bike can easily be used as a conventional "pedal" bike and also has two additional riding options in e-bike mode:
1. Power-assisted riding
- As soon as you turn the pedals through 180°, the powerful engine starts. The harder you pedal, the harder the engine runs.
2. Pedal assist settings
- The e-bike (pedelec) has 5 pedal assist settings. Each level provides support with an additional percentage of energy added to the driver's effort.
- Level 1 = 20% | Level 2 = 50% | Level 3 = 120% | Level 4 = 210% | Level 5 = 300%
3. Drive assist
- By pressing and holding the "Down" button on the display, you can ride at a speed of 6 km/h without any physical effort.

What is a pedelec?
Pedelec is an abbreviation of "pedal electric cycle", meaning that an electric drive supports the pedalling, and the degree of pedal assist can be freely controlled using the handlebar-mounted bicycle computer.
As soon as the pedals are turned, the electric motor actively supports the drive, so that the bike can be ridden with relatively minimal effort. The electromotive auxiliary drive corresponds approximately to the performance of a very good and athletic cyclist.
The pedal assist decreases as the speed of the electric bike increases, and is stopped when the driver stops pedalling. The pedal assist is also interrupted when the front brake is used. - Safe and effective -
