Dieser Crosstrainer / Stepper hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen, wir sind sehr zufrieden! Der Aufbau war nicht besonders kompliziert, wir waren zu zweit und alles ging recht zügig. Die Bedienungsanleitung erklärt jeden Schritt Super. Nun zur Nutzung: Täglich trainieren meine Frau und ich ½ Stunden auf diesem Gerät und es macht uns einfach Spaß! Der Cross23 ist wirklich leise im Betrieb, auch wenn wir nebenbei Fernseher schauen ist das Training kein Hindernis. Wenn wir mal steppen möchten lässt sich das Gerät mit zwei Handgriffen umstellen, es dauert nicht mal 2 Minuten. gerne wieder ...
